1. The attendant was very helpful with recomendations for eateries in the area, how to use the F train that stops right in front of the building, etc. When I returned much later to check in the elevator wasn't operating and I had to walk up.

3. I had a late check in, and had trouble finding the parking lot; turns out that the lot that is supposed to be 'directly across the street' is actually a block away.

9. The public parking lot was less than 2 blocks away (not long blocks but if toting a lot of luggage this could be an issue - no place on the street to pull over while you check in and drop off luggage).
