2. You'll want to walk down to Union Square or take a cab somewhere if fine dining is on the agenda, otherwise, there are a few diners, dive bars and small grocery stores nearby.

4. You have a wonderful crepe and coffee shop ( Jonabene?) directly across the street and along Geary there are upscale bars (Swig) as you walk toward Union Square.
