5. Rooms lack real hotel information of the area, presentation of Towels, Coffee supplies, personals, and etc, do not represent a 'PLUS' hotel stay if that is what you seek, but is you are familiar with the bay area it is centrally located and easily traveled.

8. First one stunk like smoke, 2nd one was still dirty, 3rd one was half clean, by this time - late at night, at least the bed was clean & made up - the bathroom had dirty towels in it and the sofa was missing from the living area.
