1. I had originally booked 1 family room, 2 doubles, a king and a queen room, but upon arrival the lovely day Manager Amy had upgraded 1 of our double rooms, and the queen room to 2 family rooms ( They are a bit bigger ) .

2. This hotel could have had a perfect 5/5 here, but things turned due south at check out, where I was presented with a bill for $103 in fraudulent long distance charges for calls made to a toll free 1-855 number, despite being told that toll free calls were free, and the extremely rude staff and manager decided to argue the matter, and refused to remove the charges, giving various excuses including that this was 'a Canadian thing' (not true and had proof of this).

4. Replied to their survey they emailed me the other day and got a reply from the hotel manager which doesn't inspire any confidence in me.

9. After braving the night time walk from the BART (and seeing someone being arrested), we had been in the room less then 10 minutes, when a manager came up, pounded on the door and yelled at us for being to loud.
