1. First, and worst, the restaurant associated with the hotel had winter hours that were not noted in the Room Guide, so when I came back at 8:50 PM with a group of friends for dinner -- thinking the restaurant was open until 11 PM as the room guide said, I found out it was closing in 5 minutes.
