1. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, valet parking was fairly reasonable (for SF), and best of all we were able to bring our 5-pound toy poodle for a $25/stay cleaning fee.

2. Parking fees are moderate, but they always let you keep your car parked past the time period at no charge, which is a nice perk too.

3. As with most major city hotels, there is an extra fee for parking a car ($30/day), a perfectly reasonable fee in San Francisco (this is not a car-friendly city and doesn't particularly want to be).
