1. While the hotel is not a Hyatt or a Hilton and should not be construed as such, the awesome personal service provided by Ray, Nicki and Bruce more than makes up for that.

3. No useless shower caps or fripperies that push up cost and clutter the place - just the vital things that we need - such as an excellent WiFi service, free, and simply superb beds (never had such a good sleep in a hotel!).

7. Ok so you could stay somewhere nearer in town, but it'd be noisy, you'd pay a lot more and probably get less for your money - bus service is perfectly good if you don't have a car, which you don't really need in this city but would be useful if you're short on time.
