While everyone on staff was helpful and courteous, Raymond helped us navigate across town using San Francisco bus lines, suggested wonderful restaurants (Home Plate for breakfast and Liverpool Lil's, a gem for dinner), gave us info on how to save money on museum visits, and simply made us feel welcome each and every time we saw him.

6. All the places in the city close for day care around 7pm so if you plan any late nights say for a show and dinner then you have to board your pet overnight .

7. They made me sign a notice that stated if I left the dog in the room for any reason ( even in a kennel), you know to shop, go to dinner etc., that they would enter the room and take your dog to the pound.
