Nicolette was great at showing us the routes to
downtown
at rush hour.

The location is excellent: a quieter part of
downtown
San Fran just outside the East Gate of the Presidio.

The location is great, a half block east of the Presidio with easy driving to Golden Gate Park or
Downtown
The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful.

Was lucky enough to get the last free parking spot ( a real benefit considering that
downtown
hotels wanted upwards of $30-$40/night ).

The hotel is located in a quiet and residential area near the Presidio so we had to take the bus to go
downtown
, but it was an good way to discover the city.

I was intrigued by all the positive so I thought I'd stray from my usual

hotels and check this one out.

For access to the
downtown
and waterfront sights, we used a MUNI passport and rode the #30 bus everywhere we needed to go, about a 15-20 minute ride to Fisherman's Wharf.

The price included parking, but there are limited spaces(fewer spaces than rooms) so check in early and take public transit back to
downtown
.
