1. Mid-Week Internet rate of $99 discounted 15% for Tripadvisor members (Taxes/City tourism fee added another $14 but proprietor can not do anything about that.

3. Turns out there is a small fee for use of the safe that you can decline at check-in (I didn't notice it on the check-in sheet I signed) but I emailed the hotel and they refunded the money since we didn't use the safe.
