1. The parking is about one block away from the hotel and costs $30.

3. The only down fall is the parking which is 2 blocks from the hotel which cost $$ but that is the way it is in SF, not the hotels fault.

5. We stayed in Fishermans wharf at the end, and the hotel cost me 3 times as much as this one, and I think this was better, much better, I would definately stay again.

We found a great place called 'Working Girls Cafe' along Bush Street for bagels & juice etc.The staff were always pleasant & went out of their way to help us with anything we wanted - for example my mum asked where she could get a coffee & they sent a coffee maker & sachets of coffee/milk straight up to her room at no extra cost.

9. There is no business centre (although the desk clerk printed our airline boarding passes for us), the service is lacklustre and it seems to be in the throes of cost cutting measures.

10. Front desk was extremely helpful in showing me places to eat, run, etc. Internet costs way too much, and there wasn't a place to print my boarding pass without having to pay.
