1. Friendly staff, they held our bags on check in and check out (because we were early in late out).

2. We had the housekeeping staff empty our in-room mini bar so that we could stock the fridge with our own items, but upon arriving back at home (NOT mentioned at the time of check out), we arrived to find that they had charged us for every item removed from the mini-bar.

3. At check out they refused to give me a reciept to show that I had paid for the room, saying that I had to go to the third party that I booked through.

5. But found out on check out all you need to do is ask for a coffee maker, and you'll be given one, never mind the walk did me good.
