4. 2 blocks from Union Square (shops & restaurants), less than 100 yds to a cable car stop, 30 minute brisk walk to Fisherman's wharf, great breakfast restaurant nearby, 30 minutes ride from SFO airport.

5. Also it's right by Sears which is a breakfast institution (the pancakes are amazing) and the Chinatown gateway is just down the road too.
