1. Requested a room change for a room with a view and was give a free upgrade to a deluxe queen room on the 6th floor which was larger with a big bay window overlooking the front street.

2. I'm talking long black hairs on the towels from whomever, shorter hairs on the floor, pretty banged-up walls & paint, and rather inoperable windows (no a/c) that need to be propped up with a piece of wood which allowed plenty of street noise from busy Geary Blvd.
