1. there were no shower amenities any where in the room, tried to call for housekeeping, but all hotel service lines does not work.

2. I understand the hotel can't really control the whole 'drunken guest' thing, but they didn't seem to want to do anything about the smoking issue, other than send housekeeping up to 'freshen' the bathroom.
