1. I liked the rooms facing the front of the hotel- great views and much quieter than the ones on the corner- not sure why but the street noise is louder on the corners.

2. Although the hotel does not have a pool and the rooms are smaller than some of the larger hotels, the fact that this hotel is on a relatively quite street with a beautiful view of City Hall and the Ballet, other factors make up for everything else in my opinion.
