3. Tiny lobby, big hearted staff, we loved the guy who parked our car and took care of us, the delightful concierge who printed out a huge list of vintage shops for me and the woman who made up for the tiny rooms we too big people complained about.

4. Shiela, the concierge took care of any questions about tours, places to see, getting around town etc. while the front reception staff were always there to nurture and take care of any needs.
