1. There wasn't a single person we interacted with at this hotel who wasn't friendly, agreeable, and perfectly professional, from the porter who helped us take our luggage trolley up to the room, to the housekeeper who realised we go through coffee quickly and left us a whole load extra, to the valets who were amazing enough to get a special mention of their own.

3. The valet person was amazing - getting the car was prompt, service was very polite, the bell-hop was great, calling my by my name (I guess they are supposed to do this anyway) and the folks at the front desk seemed as though they were delighted to help me and they really made me feel welcome.

The location is defiantly not the Financial District The good:Large , clean room huge bed and good work areaLounge was nice with good selection of finger foods and breakfast itemsWireless was fast Valet guys were great, superfast and funny Rest of staff that met were pleasant - assistant manager introduced himself , asked my name - ect while I waited for my car The not so good:Crappy view, safe was broken, TV was hard to use - forced to go through LodgeNet every timeAverage bath - on Executive level.
