The location is defiantly not the Financial District The good:Large , clean room huge bed and good work areaLounge was nice with good selection of finger foods and breakfast itemsWireless was fast Valet guys were great, superfast and funny Rest of staff that met were pleasant - assistant manager introduced himself , asked my name - ect while I waited for my car The not so good:Crappy view, safe was broken, TV was hard to use - forced to go through LodgeNet every timeAverage bath - on Executive level.

5. When I showed them my confirmation paperwork (which even said that my room was guaranteed and should not be moved), the manager couldn't care less.

6. I explained what had happened to the young lady that checked us out and she made her best attempt to find me a manager but not-so-surprisingly the manager on duty at the time was the gentleman at the concierge (who was then enjoying catching-up with his friend).

9. Lovely suggestions for meals during our weekend, detailed directions to city attractions, handwritten maps, the manager on duty one morning even gave me his cell phone in case I got lost and needed help finding my way back to the hotel.
