1. It's the exact same bottled water that was complimentary at the the hotel where we had stayed the previous week.

3. The front desk staff and bell staff were wonderful and helpful, and I loved their complimentary car service in the morning to take me to my office.

7. The Hilton Honors Gold/Diamond lounge is being renovated, scheduled to open 'in the fall of 2011' according to a sign by the elevator, so the complimentary breakfast was on the first floor in a segregated portion of the restaurant.
