1. Views of the Bay and Coit Tower from the 20th floor were fantastic and worth the extra money (since it's my first time staying in SF in 20 years, I figured it was worth the extra $30 or so bucks for a room with a view), which was offset by the AAA discount.

Location is great, walking distance everywhere, safe neighbourhood, great restaurants nearby such as House of Nan King, good value for money, really cool concrete building, retro-feeling, good fitness room, perfect with wine and coffee bar downstairs - and absolutely breathtaking view and the best desk ever.

5. Previous night we spent in a luxuru cottage in Napa Valley so this was a bit of a step down, but all in all a very good value for money and would definately recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

10. Tip for visitors- check out the City Pass if you will be there for more than a few days- covers a few museums and MUNI pass- we did not get it, and ended up going to 4 of the 5 attractions and would have saved money if we had purchased the City Pass.
