lobby
and use the elevator so the place was very secure.

There was a desk with a couple chairs, loveseat, bench seat, and countertop area as well to make coffee, although we took advantage of the complimentary java and muffins in the
lobby
every morning.

As I drove into the parking garage and went into the
lobby
, I encountered two women at the desk one of whom simply stated, matter-of-factly 'Hello, welcome to the Best Western Americana, San Francisco.

area.

There was no coffee in that joke of a
lobby
so when I asked for coffee, she said I would have to J-walk across the street to the Best Western Americana if I wanted a cup.

Requires a keycard to get into the
lobby
from the parking garage, then requires a keycard to get on the elevator, and of course, a keycard to get into your room.

That was a little frustrating since I needed to check times of our activities but since my phone has internet it wasn't that big of a deal for me personally, and their is a computer in the
