7. what's the big deal?) Let me stand in the street by myself for 30 minutes trying to flag a cab (they said they couldn't order one), gave me wrong directions etc. However, the cleaning staff were fabulous, it was mostly the front desk personnel that ruined my stay (I want to specify the male ones, the one lady i interacted with was great).
