4. I'm rating the location low only because it's not necessarily in an area that you'd want to walk around in (especially at night), but kudos to the hotel for doing everything they can to make up for that.

7. I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Carriage Inn - San Francisco May 11 but I have read that theere have been some renovations done since then.
