1. I would recommend this for the young and adventurous with some street savy and a budget but perhaps not to more conservative and narrow-minded individuals who don't get out much.

6. I have never had a problem (returning late at night or any other time for that matter), but I would not recommend venturing too far into the neighbourhood after dark - just to be on the safe side.
