1. The hotel serves a more than satisfying continental breakfast, and has a small cinema room in which it offers (free of charge) two different movies every evening, old ones and new ones, connected with San Francisco.

3. I had used the breakfast coupon I had been given when I checked in, so I have no idea why he tried to charge me anyway.

4. The only issue I had with the staff was when I was checking out extremely early (before dawn) for my return flight and I first of all had trouble finding the guy who was on duty, then, when I finally found him, he tried to charge me for the free breakfast I had been given when I checked in.
