5. When i tried to complain about the room and get help to get to the ice hockey the duty manger (female) couldnt care less and no we never got to the ice hockey game :( Was a good location but that is about it.

6. Hotel Diva is in a good location in terms of proximity to shopping and tourist areas but is very close to some blocks that you don't want to walk around at night, although most tourists do.
