1. The valet service leaves a bit to be desired, it usually took longer than the 20 minutes we were advised and the one time I left my car to be put away - it was still there an hour and 20 minutes later.

8. Valet parking?yes, but expect to pay a premium and grab a coffee (from somewhere other than the hotel) while you wait for 30-40 minutes.
