7. Pros: Excellent location (2 mins walk to the tram terminal and Market Street, 5 mins to Union Square), very spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staffCons: It can be very noisy late at night (we were on the top floor but still heard cars, sirens, partygoers from the club immediately next door), the 'breakfast' is superficial (small selection, you pick up what you want and have to eat it in your own room), valet parking is expensive and a hassle (you need to give at least 30 mins notice, and the drop-off parking spot at the hotel entrance is often taken by non-patrons - we almost got a parking ticket because of this).
"Great hotel in the centre of the city " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2010 Vote
8. The worst part was the valet parking.
"Looks can be deceiving " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/26/2010 Vote
9. Firstly, the hotel is in a pretty terrible neighborhood, the Valet parking was poor (there was a massive dumpster up front of the hotel that impeded your parking) The hotel was awkwardly layed out.
