When I asked to switch rooms because it was impossible to sleep, the front desk
manager
refused to bring me the new room key but told me to pack up and come down to the lobby to pick up the new key.
"If you've ever stayed in a Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton etc, you would never rate this hotel higher than a 1...generously! "

When I made note of it to the front desk the woman working said she would have the

get in contact with me (mind you they still charged us for our stay with them), and I still have not heard anything back.

I have been here for a week, dealt with every Front Desk associate on the staff, only to find they're all as appalling as the

, that still hasn't returned one phone call.

threw a weekly meet and greet with wine and nibbles for his guests where he mingled with everyone and sought their opinions on the hotel.

and to expedia I could not get another room and I understand that it would be very difficult because it was full booked but I will do a complaint to expedia because the booking information was very deceiving.
