1. We arrived after a delayed flight due to the weather and we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was a gorgeous room.

When we checked in and I heard a had a room on the 2nd floor, I asked for one on a higher floor to which the replied not possible to both nights, I could try coming back to trade the next day - but bonus, I was upgraded to a junior suite which is at least from what I have read - bigger than alot of the other rooms.

4. Cons - the beds were really uncomfortable/hard, did not receive my VIP passes for the night club as stated in my online reservations but was upgraded to a junior suite, the biggest con was the staff being just plain out rude.

5. We originally had a queen room which we were able to see first and then upgraded to a king room because only King and Junior Suite rooms have Air conditioning, a must have for us.

9. On to the suite, a little more room but STILL a twin sized bed, pushed in the corner to have a little more space.
