Concierge /reception staff ok - not the most knowledgable and it would have helped a lot had they informed us that after seeing the 04th July fireworks at Fisherman's Wharf that there was no/extremley limited transportation available in the area and we ( 2 females) had a very long walk through some not great areas late at night to get back to the hotel.
