1. There is so much to like about this hotel -- the decent coffee and breakfast, the outstanding location, the small but passable fitness center, the cleanliness, the price, the staff.

4. There is no real complaint about the breakfast as it is free which is great if you like cake and orange squash - (kids party anyone?) The strange thing is that it is served in a bedroom on the top floor which is a bit random.
