3. Also the toilet / basin were hardwired into the shower as if you used either it would completely throw the temperature you`d so carefully got right out.

5. The room itself looked nice, however we had real issues with the bathroom as the shower was extremely tempramental and took a good 5 minutes of fiddling to get a constant temparature - not something you want to do each time you shower.

6. As a person who has a contractor husband, it's hard to not notice the caulking around the shower, the obvious paint over paint over paint on the door of the bathroom, and little things like that.
