4. This super clean, very comfy and utterly charming historic motor court has a wonderful location a block or so from the walking/biking path along the Great Highway at the edge of the Pacific Ocean.

The location of the OP is perfect if you like to walk and during the week I was there I walked to the Harding Park Golf Course - site of the 2009 President's Cup Matches, The SF Zoo is across the street, Fort Funston - great if you have a dog, Golden Gate Park - spectacular in every way and, of course, the beach that's only 2 short blocks away.
