2. there are a couple of good places for breakfast within a few blocks and you are also just a ten minute bus ride away from the Outerlands cafe, which serves some incredible food.

3. The beach is an easy walk, Java Beach Cafe has killer food, beer, coffee, free internet, the Zoo couldn't be much closer, and as I said, public transit is a snap with the stop being across the street.
