1. --Is 10 yards from a MUNI trolley that goes directly downtown (no need to switch and trolleys were very frequent) --Within walking distance of the Zoo, the beach, and a good cafe and pizza place.

3. If muni is not your thing, a 20 minute drive will get you to the Ferry Building downtown, that is if you take a decently long morning walk and leave the motel after 9 am.

5. the very regular L line streetcar, literally on your doorstep, whisks you downtown in under half an hour, with the added bonus that you get to see parts of the city you wouldn't normally discover if you were staying in the city centre.

6. As an added bonus, the L Taraval runs right on the street in front of the motel, so its not difficult to get downtown with public transportation.
