1. As he was leaving, he gave me a hand written card from TK, the manager, welcoming us to the W and reminding me that their concierge services called whatever/whenever was available to any need I might have.

I really want to give kudos to ALBERT JONES, the front desk supervisor and SELAWE TAU, the welcome desk manager, they went above and beyond to see that our stay was TRULY WONDERFUL!:)The only complaint I have about the hotel is that it is a little dark for our taste, but I would definetly stay there again.

9. Just as me guest we arriving a knock came on the door, when I opened it a very cheerful Juan greeted me and told me that he manager had sent up a fruit and cheese tray to have a snack for my guests.
