1. Even at the end, when I had to check out at an abysmally late time, the staff was helpful and offered to waive the fee.

5. There's a DVD player in the desk that you can play your NetFlix DVD's in (and of course W has a large collection of DVD's you can rent or buy for a hefty fee).

10. It's not really the front desk agents problem so call the city with a noise complaint and there is free wireless in the lobby so you can skip the fee.
