She apologized, we waited another 20 minutes, the manager asked if we were being helped, we explained our situation at which point the bell man came up and said he was busy and very rudely told us he would go get and was mumbling about us as he left-very bad customer service-given it was their mistake.

6. cool in a kind of tacky wayIt's a solid not that expensive place but I had late checkout and confirmed with guest services and some floor manager jacko came pounding on my door anyway and addressed me in a pretty gruff manner.

7. After a few emails back and forth and me mentioning that it was my anniversary, the manager upgraded my room to a whirlpool suite at no extra charge.
