3. ) I can personally recommend the housekeeping staff -- I left a drawerful of stuff behind, by accident, and a staffperson cheerfully arranged to have it shipped promptly to my home, no charge.

4. From a customer-service standpoint, the staff from front desk/lobby to housekeeping all genuinely seemed to really care about guests and seemed to like each other and their jobs (always a pleasant and genuine 'hello' or 'do you need anything' in passing).

7. Housekeeping came round quite early in the morning knocking on doors and calling 'Housekeeping!' but they respect the Do Not Disturb signs, you just have to remember to put the sign out each night.
