1. And the best part of all - to me - is that some rooms have balconies, allowing for fresh air that is so horribly lacking in most city hotels.

7. We had a balcony, if you can call it that, it was more like a cement dumping ground, which you had to peak over the cement to see anything, which was mostly just the roof of another building.

9. My room had a broken iron (which was quickly replaced) and a broken door handle to the balcony (I was still able to get in and out) but these were very minor things considering the other plus points to this very nice hotel :-).
