1. The concierege/bell persons at the street level were also very good - professional, courteous, very quick in their service, etc. The hotel is not cheap, but with advance booking and pre-paid we were able to get a good deal at $195pn for rooms with two double beds and two adults.

4. A short walk to magnificient mile (in fact you can go straight to the mile if you walk through the mall) we got a great 'Xmas in July' deal and hope to get lucky again the next time we visit Chicago.
