In this day and time hotels care less and less and
charge
more and more, the Conrad falls slightly short in my opinion as a 5 star hotel but considering it's priced like a 4 star and the service is clearly 5 star or better.

My husband asked the man at the front desk about their policy regarding credit cards (wanted to see if they placed a hold up front or waited to
charge
at checkout) and the man became very rude for some reason.

It still surprises me how the lower end hotel chains can offer free wi-fi, but the higher end ones will still
charge
exhorbitant prices.

Coffee is available at no
charge
in the lobby, however we requested a coffee maker in the room & were pleasantly surprised to have a Keurig placed in the room (again, no
