1. The only facility we used was the hotel lobby bar which was very good - attentive bar tenders, a decent crowd most evenings.

4. Hotel staff greet you at the street level entrance and they can take care of moving luggage etc.The bar is smallish and offers nothing in the way of views - but the bartenders know how to make a proper martini.

7. Not really much to add to the title really, everything you could want from a hotel from a warm welcome to a great room, nice bar food, everything very clean, complimentary tea and coffee in a morning, just all wonderful.
