Best thing about the hotel is the location, close to the River, transport, Magnificent Mile good restaurants etc.Hotel is a bit tired, rooms are comfortable and clean enough, we respected their policy of not changing the sheets everyday for environmental reasons, but actually think this is a bit con as saves them time and money and is far less about an environmental issue.

4. The room was better than I had hoped for: spotlessly clean, great bed with comfy high thread count sheets, a great mattress, and a huge collection of feather and/or down pillows which my herniated discs were thankful for.
