1. It is well located in Soho, with a MTA station 2 blocks from it and it is very close to (by walk) the several fancy stores in the neighborhood.

2. Soho was perfect: great shops, restaurants and bars, safe walking at night, close to other great neighborhoods, and the Hampton Inn is only steps away from the Canal Street subway station, which leads you to anyplace else you'll want to go in Manhattan.
