1. The concierge, ESP Michelle, was super helpful (actually hailed a cab on the main street), thoughtful (I was traveling w a 5 yr old, and they gave her a little toy), there were warm cookies & hot coffee, shops were walkable (amazing shopping).

6. We were upgraded to a room on the concierge floor-which included a private balcony and million dollar views for a super reasonable price.

7. With the reception and concierge desks either side of the elevators, if the staff need to speak to each other, they have to speak over or through people going to and from, or waiting for, the elevators.
