3. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very well organised about holding our bags after checkout, and getting the bags back & transportation etc was very efficient and easy.

6. On our checkout day they kept our bags in a lockup until we were ready to leave, a couple of hours after normal checkout time, at no cost (I've heard that charging you for holding luggage is not unusual anymore in New York).
