1. We usually stay at the Ritz Carlton at Central Park, a lovely hotel with all amenities and at about the same rate, you actually get a room that can be heated if the temp drops outside.

3. A basic for any hotel like this is to ensure its guests get a great nights sleep - this was not the case and were constantly interrupted with late night revellers making noise in their rooms to the extent we could hear their ablutions.

9. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and is a perfect choice if you are traveling with teenagers who like cupcake shops and Apple stores within popping distance.
